If your problem is listed on this page, our staff has been notified and we are working on a resolution.

1 Scheduled HMDC Outages

Scheduled Fileserver Maintenance

Dates Affected: 
Wednesday, February 1, 2012 5:00pm6:00pm
Services Affected: 
HMDC-hosted networked services

The central HMDC fileserver will be offline for scheduled maintenance on Wednesday, February 1 from 5:00 P.M. through 6:00 P.M. EDT.

While this maintenance is in progress, many core HMDC services will be unavailable, including:

  • CGIS account logins (for Desktop and Lab Windows systems in the HMDCDESKTOP domain)
  • Desktop and Lab network drives
  • Web
  • Research Computing Environment (RCE), including NX, SSH, SFTP, CVS, and cluster access
  • FTP
  • Dataverse Network (DVN)

Please Note: All incoming email received during maintenance that is not delivered immediately will be queued for later delivery.

We apologize for any inconvenience and will update this announcement on the HMDC web site when service has been restored.
